Business arrangements with our service provider partners vary by
company, but in many cases, Surface Logic provides consulting and
services to assist the partner in expanding their business while the
partner fulfills Surface Logic's sales and service needs. For example,
Surface Logic is assisting one partner with building out their personnel
and technology infrastructure, as well as augmenting their offering
with additional categories of services, while that partner is providing
sales and installation services for Surface Logic in their geographic area.
